It is hereby determined necessary for the protection of the public health, safety, welfare and convenience of the citizens of Coweta County, and in accordance with the requirements of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division and the Georgia State Plumbing Code; the Coweta County Water System establishes a Policy of Backflow Prevention by Containment.
