Supervision: Reports to Maintenance Manager
Job Summary: The Industrial/Electrical Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems and equipment at the Authority. The Industrial/Electrical Maintenance Technician ensures the reliable and safe operation of machinery and infrastructure within the Authority’s facilities through troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and responding to electrical malfunctions, thereby minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
Supervision: Reports to the Chief IT Officer
Job Summary: The IT Engineer’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the network and related components. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware (computers, firewalls, phones, routers, switches, etc.), software, and related communication equipment. The IT Engineer will also analyze and resolve end-user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training where required.
Job Summary: The System Support/Laborer participates in the work of the assigned crew, supporting the efficient operation of the Authority’s water and sewer systems. The System Support/Laborer supports the assigned crew in activities related to the construction, maintenance, and repair of the water and sewer systems.
Job Summary: The Utility Locator is responsible for completing all assigned tickets by their scheduled due date. Completing tickets involves accurately locating and marking existing underground utilities, specifically water, sewer, and some electric utilities, taking clear photos of the markings, and entering detailed notes of the locates into the ticket management system. Heavy traffic and inclement weather contribute to the complexity of the position.
This is an entry-level internship position that may result in a full-time role depending on the candidate’s performance and position availability.
Supervision: Incumbents report to the Plant Superintendent
Job Summary: The Water Quality Intern will assist with the oversight of all aspects of Laboratory and Water Treatment Plant operations and administration of the treatment of potable water under intense supervision. In addition, the intern will assist in analyzing drinking water samples.

Job Summary: The Water Plant Operator is responsible for participating in the operation of the water treatment plant. Incumbents in this position may be designated as “Class III Operator”, “Class II Operator”, or “Class I Operator.”
